Jez Graham became the Music Director and she worked together with Jez on Praise & Worship and special music. In 2008, Linda became the Praise & Worship Director and formed the Unity Singers accompanied by jazz pianist Michael Blackburn.
In addition, she became a member of the Atlanta Jazz Chorus under the direction of Revered Dr. Dwight Andrews – Pastor at First Church in Atlanta and music professor at Emory University. The Rialto Theater Atlanta, and Douglas Theater, Macon GA were included in some of our gigs. Also in 2008, Linda joined the Sue G. Wilkinson’s Band based in Atlanta where she sang back up. She performed with the band at many gigs at several music venues, including the Variety Play House, Decatur Art Festival, many Atlanta restaurant’s including The Red Clay Theater.

And we are truly grateful for our percussionist and vocalist Bill Sawyer - After living and working in Northern Virginia for many years, Bill retired and moved down to Georgia.  He has two wonderful daughters.  Bill played the trumpet all through secondary school, but gave it up when he went to college. He started singing in his church choir about 20 years ago and was in a terrific music program at Unity of Fairfax for most of that time.  Bill recently started playing the djembe drum so he could participate in the music ministry here at Unity East of Atlanta and plans on learning the ukulele soon.
